Inner Child Healing Guided Meditation
The traumatized inner child holds us all back in many ways throughout our adulthood and how we respond to crisis, fears, insecurities, self-worthiness, and success. Let me help you find ways to heal unresolved trauma so that you can move forward and to find peace. Meditation duration is 45 minutes with 15 minutes afterwards for reflections and processing.
The initial appointment includes determining what your intention or goal is for your time with me.
